Postage and Handling

We normally ship within 2 working days. Your global geographical AREA determines the postage cost. Please select the geographical Area BUTTON where your country is located from one of the six Postal Area Buttons below. The fee for postage and handling is inclusive and is calculated for delivery of two (2) FreshFeet products (second product posted free) by standard post in a tough bag.

PLEASE NOTE: For orders of more than TWO FreshFeet products please email us with details of number of products required, plus your full postal address details and we will quote you a price for your purchase and postage costs. 

We are not responsible for the wrong or undeliverable address. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customer will be charged the additional postage and handling fee so incurred.

We ship by post to most PayPal countries - unfortunately due to unreliable postal service or various other factors there are numerous countries we do not sell the FreshFeet product (please see list below). We apologise for any disappointment this may cause, but as stated, the reasons for not shipping are outside of our control.

If an order and payment is received from a country we do not ship to, we will notify you by email and a full refund will be issued to your PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover account.
